We are not an acceptance agency or affiliated with the Department of State and applicants are not required to use our services. We do not charge a fee for forms. Our fees are for professional passport assistance service. Information and forms are free and are accessible online at travel.state.gov.
Passport Assistance Services and Fees
New & Minor Passport Applicants
Note: All Applicants using Form DS-11 will need to submit their completed passport package (handed back to you) to one of the locations that we provide to you for execution (signing). You do not have to use our services to obtain a US passport. We can only assist with the application, requirements and process not execution. All minors applicants (15 and younger) require consent from parent(s). Applicants 16 & 17 require at least one legal parent's consent and/or awareness.
First Time Adult Passport (Passport in 2-3 weeks)
This service is for All applicants 16 years old and older, applying for a passport for the first time or does not qualify for renewal. This fee does not include government fees of $225. *Add $30 to include a passport card
Minor Passport (Passport in 2-3 weeks)
This service is for minor applicants 15 years old and younger, applying for a passport for the first time or does not qualify for renewal. This fee does not include government fee in the amount of $195. *Add $15 to include a passport card
First Time Adult Passport (Passport in 4-6 weeks)
This service is for All applicants 16 years old and older. This fee does not include government fee in the amount of $165. *Add $30 to include a passport card
Minor Passport (Passport in 4-6 weeks)
This service is for minor applicants 15 years old and younger, applying for a passport for the first time or does not qualify for renewal. This fee does not include government fee in the amount of $135. *Add $15 to include a passport card.
Specialty Passport Services
Our specialty services provide a more detailed, complex review, assisting passport applicants in getting his or her passport. These services include, but are not limited to limited validity, identity/birth record issues, derivative passports, multiple name changes, record search, passport denials, and much more! Government fees are not included in this price.
Supplemental Services (lost/stolen/replacement/name change)
This is a supplemental services that requires an additional review and burden and an additional cost to the fees above. This fee does not include government fees or passport assistance services fees as listed. Government fees range $135-$274.52 *Add $15 to 30 additional if you want to include a passport card.
Passport Renewals (Adults Only)
To qualify for our renewal service, applicant must meet the following requirements: (1) In possession of their most recent passport book (2) Passport not more than 5 years expired (3) Applicant was 16 years or more when the passport was issued (4) Passport book cannot be mutilated or destroyed in any way, shape or form. If renewal applicants does not meet All requirements as stated above, execution of your passport application is required.

This service is for Adults only. Fee does not include government fees in the amount of $211.36 *Add $30 for a passport card.
Adult Renewal (Passport in 3+ weeks)
This service does not include government fees in the amount of $190. *Add $30 for a passport card.
Adult Renewal (Passport in 4-6 weeks)
This service is for Adults only. Fee does not include government fees in the amount of $130. *Add $30 for a passport card.
Adult Renewal- By Mail (Passport in 3-4 weeks)
This service does not include government fees in the amount of $190. *Add $30 for a passport card.
Adult Renewal- By Mail (Passport in 6-8 weeks)
This service does not include government fees in the amount of $130. *Add $30 for a passport card.
Passport Photos
Passport Photos for US Passport. This service is for applicants receiving our passport assistance services.
Digital Visa/Passport Photos
Visa and Passport Photos for US Passport. This service is for customers using other passport services. *Add $15 if not using other passport services.
Refund Policy: Before booking your appointment, Please read our refund policy carefully. Any and All payments or deposits made online and/or in person are non-refundable. If cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment is needed, a credit for services will be issued only for cancellations or rescheduling requests that are submitted at least 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled passport appointment date and time. The applicant will have up to 30 days to Reschedule his or her passport appointment and use the credit. All cancellations requests made less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment date and time will forfeit your online deposit/payment, and No credit for services will be issued. All no shows, and applicants arriving 30 minutes or more late to their scheduled appointment will forfeit your online deposit/payment and No refunds or credits for service will be issued. We do not issue refunds or credits for services that have already been rendered.
